NOTICE BOARD

visas
Visa applications are being processed within 4 days of applications submitted to the Embassy. Applicants are requested to ensure that all relevant document are submitted to avoid delay.
  • Mondays and Tuesdays for submission of all documents for visa and authentication.
  • Wednesdays for visa interview for the first time visit to Nigeria.
  • Thursdays for collection of all documents.
  • The Consular Section is closed on Fridays.
Passport
The Mission does not have a passport issuing desk. However, passport intervention exercises are being conducted periodically in Ho Chi Min City and Hanoi by immigration officers from our Mission in Malaysia. Applicants will be notified accordingly of this exercises through our website.

Documents for Authentication
ALL DOCUMENTS EMANATING FROM NIGERIA FOR AUTHENTICATION BY THE MISSION MUST FIRST BE SUBMITTED TO THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS IN ABUJA. THIS IS FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE PLEASE.
Submission for Authentication
All documents for authentication must be submitted on Mondays. And Thursday will be for collection
Distance Learning Center (DLC)
The Mission wishes to inform all interested candidates that Nigerian Embassy in Hanoi has been designated as information and examination centers for the Ahmadu Bello University Distance Learning Center (DLC), which was established in 2015. This is part of the Federal government’s drive to broaden the capacity of Nigerian universities to admit more prospective students.
